CONA Wealth is a boutique financial planning and investment management firm catering to business owners, solo-entrepreneurs, and those with the desire to take control of their finances to improve their life both now and in the future. We have offices in Southern California and the Midwest, and with the help of technology we work virtually to serve clients located throughout the United States.

Our step-by-step process is designed to allow you to make an informed decision about hiring a financial professional–before you pay a penny in fees or invest a single dollar of your hard-earned capital.

Personal financial planning is at the core of our service model.

If we had a nickel for every insurance policy, investment, or other financial product that was sold without first doing proper financial planning, well, we’d have a lot of nickels! Our mantra here is “Planning First!” because proper planning is akin to a doctor conducting an examination before writing the prescription or starting surgery.

We build deep relationships with our clients around the subject of their finances. We want to be your first call anytime you are considering anything that will impact your finances. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality professional advice so that you can make smart decisions with your money–every step of the way.

What’s in a name?

CONA Wealth was originally named in honor of our founder’s dogs, CORA and NINA, but our name has come to mean much more. Now, the name C-O-N-A has become a simple way to explain how we help our clients.

CLARIFY, OPTIMIZE, NAVIGATE, and ADAPT. It’s this time-tested process that has allowed us to help our clients manage their wealth and gain financial piece of mind.


Our Advisors

With decades of experience and a commitment to ongoing education, our advisors take pride in their ability to provide the best, most informed advice possible. We believe that in a world changes as quickly as ours does, it’s beyond important to continue expanding our knowledge about all matters of personal finance.

Each of our advisors has their own independent practice, but that independence doesn’t mean they work alone. CONA Wealth is an ensemble practice. So our advisors often consult with each other, drawing on each others’ experience and expertise in order to best serve their clients. This often happens in the background, but when it serves our client’s interests they can expect to interact directly with multiple advisors as the needs arise.


Our Back Office Team

We couldn’t do our job of serving our clients if it wasn’t for our team-based approach to financial planning. Our phenomenal support staff works side-by-side with our advisors to help us deliver massive value to our clients on a daily basis.

CreativeOne Wealth, LLC serves as our Registered Investment Adviser firm and provides compliance, technology, and additional support services that allow us to serve our clients. The CreativeOne Wealth team is made up of many talented people and are always just an email or phone call away when we need them.

Outside Professionals

Our job is to serve as our clients’ “financial concierge” so that they can direct any financial question to us. If we don’t know the answer, or we need to bring in additional expertise, we will carefully coordinate and collaborate with other professionals such as accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, bankers, etc.

Many of our clients have existing relationships with other professionals and we are, of course, happy to work with them to coordinate services that best serve our clients.
